INDICATIONS
-For some ultrasounds, no preparation or appointment is required.
-Abdominal ultrasound. A minimum fast of 6 hours is required.
-Ultrasound Liver and bile ducts. A minimum fast of 6 hours is required.
-Pelvic ultrasound. Take about a liter of water, fill the bladder.
-Transrectal ultrasound. A minimum fast of 6 hours is required, a prior appointment is required, the patient would have to have an enema and go relaxed (Requires a medical request).
-Renal Color Doppler Ultrasound. A minimum fast of 6 hours is required.
